Exclusive: Model & Influencer Hannah Palmer Shares Her Daily Diet and Exercise Routine that Keeps her Physique Sizzling

Hannah Palmer skyrocketed into the spotlight following her rise to fame and notoriety on Instagram. Best known for her work as a Fashion Model and Influencer, the rising starlet grew up in Arizona before moving to California once she started to blow up online. Having risen to stardom primarily from posting carefully curated fashion, beauty and lifestyle content on Instagram, the American beauty currently has over two million Instagram followers and shows no signs of slowing down. 

Over the years, Hannah has scaled her brand by branching out and monetizing various other popular Social Media platforms. Now working as a full-time social media personality, it has been reported that Hannah makes over $500,000 from Instagram alone, over $5 million a year from Only Fans and over $100,000 yearly from YouTube.

Many fans know her for easily having one of the most enviable bodies in Hollywood and we agree. Speaking exclusively to Beatrice Magazine, we caught up with Hannah for an exclusive insight into how she obtains and maintains her perfectly toned, slender and chiselled physique. She revealed, “My fitness routine includes running and lifting weights daily, followed by calisthenic exercises (3 sets of crunches, planks, and core twists in a row)”. The influencer who rose to fame in early 2017, made a point to note that consistency is key when it comes to her daily workout routines “I find that daily upkeep is the key to consistent results”. By glancing at her feed, we can see she certainly stays consistent with her workout routines.  

Regarding Hannah’s diet, the Instagram star also laid out her go-to diet “My diet consists of eating light and lean foods. Typically, I avoid meat even though I am not a strict vegetarian. I love avocados and salads. During the day I tend to eat light during the day, with dinner being my primary meal.”

Despite eating fairly clean on a daily basis, the influencer does like to indulge on occasion, especially when she is either working hard or just simply living life to the fullest. “That being said, I am not too strict. I let my body results guide what I should and should not be eating.” Hannah also mentioned that “Potatoes are my weakness!”
