Iana Khanashevich, a former fashion model, officially launched her New York City-based fashion brand Mon Âme, at Paris Fashion Week this year, in the latter half of September. Mon Âme is a very eccentric fashion brand that allows women to express their emotions through the clothes and the style that best suits them.
The SS23 collection was inspired by the versatile and powerful nature of women. The nine looks and nine states of a woman that were shown, are not merely just about luxury but are also about subtlety and uninhibited seduction. Khanashevich’s aim was to produce a collection that depicts women’s aspirations through a desired high-end product. The collection features a large variety of distinctive geometric designs, challenging the norms of women’s daily wear with a creative and bolder execution. Making the typical everyday attire, more compelling.
Every look produced by the brand reveals one state and emotion out of women’s intricate nature, which can afford to be changeable. This is why the collection is envisioned for very self-confident, fearless women as for dreamy ladies.
The collection consists of mini dresses, high-waisted skirts and bodices, straight pants silhouettes with cut-outs, and shortened and long blazers with balloon sleeves and wide shoulders. These products combine contemporary and traditional patterns alongside corset elements too.
Within some of the looks, it may seem that a length that covers the legs looks very severe, but this is counteracted by a tight-fitting corset element or a bandeau bra that temptingly highlights the curves of the beautiful female body. Sophisticated, but make it sexy!
Mon Âme brand uses European fabrics that are soft to the touch, such as natural leather, viscose, cotton, satin, and polyester. This brand is ideal for practical, aesthetically pleasing, as well as comfortable wear due to its versatility, colours, and textures.
