Chad Millard is an influencer, fencer, entrepreneur and one of music icon Stevie Wonder’s sons. Millard is out to make his own path and the “time is now” as he puts it. We caught up with the influencer to see what he’s been up to and what his plans are for the future.
Where do you call home?
CM: Los Angeles, California. I was born and raised in Washington DC but LA is home.
What’s your go-to fashion accessory?
CM: I live in California so sunglasses are a must. My weapon of choice will always be my Persol 714 Steve Mcqueen sunglasses in black and tortoise.
You’re the son of legendary musician Stevie Wonder, do you feel like you have some heavy shoes to fill?
CM: I love what my father has accomplished, I think I’m confident enough to do what I have to do to get to where I want. He is a legend he taught me and my brothers everything and now it’s our duty to go out and create something of our own. My time is now and I can’t wait to see where the road takes me
What are some of your passions?
CM: Some of my favourite passions in life are women, travelling, events and good food.
Who or what in your life inspires you?
CM: Life itself is a huge inspiration, it’s one of the biggest inspirations you have. So you have to pull as much as you can out of it.
You’ve been front row at multiple fashion shows such as Dior and Rick Owens, can you walk us through how you prepare for a show?
CM: Well I’m glad you asked, preparation starts at 6 am with my Morning jog, running around Paris’ famous landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower. My morning jog clears my mind and gets me ready for what’s to come. Then it’s back to the hotel for a shower and coffee. Before heading to pick out looks for each show, get ready and have my car booked.
How do you keep your skin so clear?
CM: Less is more. Less stress, more success, La Roche-Posay.
Your family is in entertainment, do you see yourself acting or doing music in the near future?
CM: Sky is the limit. I believe I can do what I put my mind to. Nothing is off-limits. You’ll have to wait and see.

Name four of your favourite sports?
CM: I consider myself a sporty guy but if I had to pick only four I would say Fencing, Boxing, Wrestling and Polo
Where are your go-to places in Los Angeles when you want to hang out?
CM: I go to pretty much all the best places in and around LA. I love Malibu. You may find me lounging around the pool at Soho House.
What are your must-pack items when globetrotting?
CM: Sunglasses, skin care (La Roche-Posay), sneakers (jogging), LV duffle to put everything in, and of course protection.
What mark do you want to leave on this planet?
CM: The mark that I want to leave on the planet is to engineer a more financially robust market. As well as being seen as a good role model for the next generation.
